Customer Order Status

If your order has already been shipped via USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail or First-Class mail, order status
may be available online. All Express Mail shipments are assigned a Express Mail ID, most Priority Mail
shipments and some First-Class shipments are assigned a delivery confirmation ID. Unfortunately, for orders
without an Express Mail ID or delivery confirmation ID, order information is not available online at this time.
If you supplied a valid email address when you placed your order, then you have probably received a shipment
confirmation email which will contain the Express Mail ID or delivery confirmation ID (if applicable).

FAQs
Q. What is the difference between a tracking number and a delivery confirmation number?
A. Express Mail shipments are assigned a tracking number (Express Mail ID).
With tracking service, packages are scanned at acceptance, in transit and at delivery.
Priority Mail and First-Class Mail shipments with delivery confirmation are assigned a delivery confirmation ID.
Delivery confirmation will often only provide information after the actual delivery (or attempted delivery) and are not
"tracking numbers".

Q. What does it mean when I check on my order status and I receive a message that says something like
"The tracking information for this item was received by the US Postal Service at 7:03 PM on 01/24/2006, but the
item has not yet been scanned in the mailstream. Please check back later."
or
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on January 24, 2005 to
expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery
status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please
check again later."
A. We use an Internet Postage/Metered Mail service for virtually all shipments. The delivery confirmation
information is electronically sent to the USPS Track & Confirm database. This information, in the form of an
electronic file, is often consolidated and sent at one time during the day, often in the evening. Our outgoing
shipments usually bypass the physical scan that normally occurs at the retail counter of the post office.
Consequently, a status check using the delivery confirmation ID will often return no valid information until after
the actual delivery has occurred.
