What kind of computer configuration will your CD-ROM software run on?
The software has been designed and tested with Windows systems. Apple Macintosh users, please see the
next question.
The minimum computer system configuration for running this CD:
Microsoft Windows 98/98 SE/ME/2000/XP/NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5, Intel Pentium processor (or equivalent),
64 MB RAM, 24MB of available hard-disk space and 4X CD-ROM Drive.
The recommended minimum computer system configuration for running this CD:
Windows 98/2000/ME/XP/NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3.0 or later, Intel Pentium (or equivalent) 400 Mhz processor
or faster, 128 MB RAM, 24MB of available hard-disk space and 24X CD-ROM Drive.
all of our software requires the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Version 5.05 or 6.0 is included on all of our
CD-ROMs. Adobe Acrobat Reader can also be downloaded at no cost, at the Adobe Website, www.adobe.com.
If you are running an earlier version of Adode Acrobat Reader, you'll need to upgrade to at least version 5.05 as
our latest CD-ROMs are not compatible with earlier versions of Acrobat Reader.

Will the CD-ROMs/Software run on Apple Macintosh computers?
Although the CD-ROMs have been designed for Windows computers, the data files containing the actual service
manuals can be read on Macintosh computers running Adobe Acrobat Reader. So the answer is that the CD-ROMs
will not function as designed but the service or parts manuals can still be read from the CD-ROM.

Does your software install on my computer hard drive or run directly off the CD?
Our products run directly off the CD. If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, then
installing our software is as easy as putting the CD into you CD-ROM drive. The Adobe Acrobat reader software
must be installed to your hard drive. Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.05 or 6.0 is included on our CDs. It is possible to copy
the manual(s) on the CD to your computer harddrive. We can provide instructions for this procedure if necessary.

How do I get technical support after I've purchased a product?

What are the shipping options & fees?
Shipping options inside the United States
For orders inside the US, you can select from the following shipping options:
United States Postal Service (3 options)
First-Class Mail (2-5 day service) is $3.00,
Priority Mail (2-3 day service) is $5.00 and
Express Mail (1-2 day service) is $16.25.
Note that the shipping times for First-class and Priority mail are typical but not guaranteed. Actual shipping time
for those services may be as long as 14 business days. If you request USPS Express Mail service and, if next day
delivery is not possible, we may select another carrier (FEDEX or UPS), unless your shipping
address is a P.O.BOX, in which case we must use USPS Express Mail. The vast majority of orders are mailed
the same day they are received.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we are able to accept orders from almost any country in the world.
We use either USPS First-class Mail International ($3.00) or USPS Priority Mail International ($10.00) .
Additional charges may apply to orders shipped to specific countries.

Can you ship COD (collect on delivery)?
COD is available for an additional $6.00 for orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, Priority Mail or
Express Mail. Upon delivery, payment can be made to the postal carrier by either check or cash (cash
payments are subject to an additional $.95 fee).

Is my order subject to sales tax?
At this time, we do not charge sales tax on any orders. Although orders shipped to Arizona addresses
are subject to sales tax, we are currently paying the sales tax on those orders, and not passing the sales tax
onto our customers.

What type of product guarantee do you offer?

within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, for a full refund (shipping charges are refunded up to $3.00
